Kids Nature Play Workshop
For kids aged 9 months – 5 years
It’s easy to forget the importance of our role in connecting our children with nature, so we have created a unique opportunity where you will spend valuable time together getting your hands dirty while participating in a sensory workshop by Nature Play SA.
The outside world shapes our kids development through experiences that they have, by using their five senses—hearing, sight, smell, taste, and touch. Drawing a child’s attention to the five senses and discussing them increases understanding of and communication about the world around us.
On offer is two highly sensory based activities where your kids can learn to engage, play and create:
– Nature Potions and Tinkering, specialised for ages 18 months to 5 years
– Loose Parts Plays, suitable for 9 months to 5 years
If you’d prefer to sip coffee and take a much needed moment to chat to other adults while your kids are safely playing nearby, then please be our guest, as we will have refreshments available.
