Tasting Australia returns for 2018 with multiple foodie events held around the state over the 10-day event from April 13–22.
From long lunches, exclusive dinners, farm tours, tastings, masterclasses, sharing and conversation; there’s really something for everyone.
The little ones haven’t been forgotten, with a selection of events curated specifically with them in mind. Taste Buds is popping up in Rundle Mall where kids can discover their inner foodie – a free program designed exclusively for 7-12 year olds to engage them in food, nutrition, food provenance and preparation. Develop young palates with this fun hands-on and sensory approach to food. Sessions will be led by food celebrities, chefs, producers, artists and gardeners who champion fresh, seasonal local produce.
Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga will be transformed into Tasting Australia’s Town Square to explore, enjoy, gather and graze throughout the 10 days of the festival. Town Square is a free venue that showcases South Australia’s best talent; from chefs and winemakers to producers and products.
